What I did
Instigated and led all aspects of the research, requirements, creative concept, design and delivery process. Led a rapid-prototyping team which consisted of UX, UI, Copy & Dev to realise and test creative ideas.
Commercial outcome
100% nationwide adoption of the new dealership site (this was optional). Connected customers with their dealers, services and events in a BMW branded, engaging and innovative way which resulted in a 47% increase in online service bookings.
